How do I order custom socks?

Go to our custom socks category, choose the style of the socks you like and we have 2 options:
OPTIONS 1: Click on REQUEST FOR A FREE GRAPHIC DESIGN, follow step by step. ( choose the color you like, upload your logo, enter your email address, the quantity you need,…)

OPTION 2: Email us the style you like, including your logo and the colors you need so we will create the mockup and send back to the email for you. For example your email will include: I need 50 football crew socks BAS_18 style, the colors will be RED, BLACK  and WHITE.  (please don’t forget to include your logo as well).

When receiving your request, our designers will make the mockup and fix it until you confirm. When you finish the design, please let us know the quantity of each size you need, your shipping address and phone number so we will issue the invoice for you. After making payment, we will send you the order detail to confirm again and start processing your order.

How is my custom design, logo and colors put on the socks?

Your design, logo and colors are woven directly into the sock as the sock is being constructed. This makes the sock and design extremely durable and your logo will not wash out. (We do not screen print or sublimate socks.) This ensures that your socks stay looking great for the entire season and beyond!

How can I know if my logo is acceptable?

The socks will have a maximum of 3 colors- it included the colors of the socks, the stripe and the logo as well. The simple logo is recommended.

We accept .PNG or .JPG files for the logo. Also, please make sure you have permission to use the logo or branding.

Logos are woven into the sock. The stitches in the sock is a lot larger than the pixels on your screen. All this means is that the logo will not have the same ability to show fine and intricate detail. If your logo depends on such intricate detail to look good then our artists may have to modify your logo to work well on a sock.

What is the minimum order quantity? 

Even though your socks are completely custom, we have very low minimum order quantities. The minimum order quantity for each unique sock design is 15 pairs per style. (at least 3 per size).

What is the price per pair of socks?

The price per sock goes down quite a bit if you are placing a larger order. Other factors that influence price might be sock length, your specified design and rush delivery.

In general, though you can expect to pay between $7.99 and $13.99 per pair of socks, plus rush delivery in case you need.

How long until I receive my custom socks?

Our regular turnaround time will be 7-10 business days. For the big quantity order, we may offer a few days more days (no later than 5 days).

Step 2: Find your size

Our size chart is based on body measurement; choose the size by looking at our size chart. Our factory typically adds 1.5-2.5 inches to the specified measurements, especially for our loose-fitting uniforms. But you only need your actual body measurement to figure out your size.  For example, if your youth boy player’s chest size is 27-30 inches, you would just order a size YM, but expect the jersey chest measurement to be 32-33 inches because again we add 1.5-2.5 inches to our warm up suit for loose fitting so they are not tight fitting.

If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

PAY ATTENTION: Because all uniforms are hand sewn so please accept +/-1 inch allowance on each size compares to actual uniforms
